For a Good Cause
This week instead of working on convention projects, I am working on a long-awaited project for my friend Vikki. Her work in Asia is incredible, so I am creating a customized version of Tibetan Prayer Flags to sell and raise money for her cause. Her website has some great pictures and information.
More updates to come as I navigate the screen printing process which is fairly new to me (I understand the basics of it but have never actually done everything before in the actual sense of screen printing fabric with emulsion covered screens).
In the meantime, here is an image I took in Lijiang, Yunnan, China, of actual prayer flags in use, which was the base idea of this project.
